The starting point is in front of the lamp in the town centre, Trg bana Šokčevića. The walk lasts 1.5 hours.

8000 YEARS OF LIFE IN VINKOVCI

The area of present-day Vinkovci has been inhabited for over 8,000 years. By walking along this route, you will learn about all the most important archaeological discoveries, historical points of interest and stories about the significant inhabitants of Vinkovci.

Starting point: Trg Dr. Franje Tuđmana, in front of the monument. The walk lasts 1 hour (without visiting the birthplace of I. Kozarac and the Vinkovci Town Museum); 2 hours with a tour of the birthplace of Ivan Kozarac and Vinkovci Town Museum.

Baroque Vinkovci is a thematic route that includes interesting points from the civic life of the town from the 18th to the 20th century.

In this thematic route, you will find out why the people of Slavonia love their taverns, or birtije as we sometimes call them, which ones are the most famous, and which are no longer there, but we remember them for years.
