200g semolina (wheat or spelt)
\n300g fresh cow cheese
\nolive oil
\nliquid honey
\npoppy seeds<\/p>\n

Mix (knead) the tough and dense dough made of cheese and semolina well, shape it into balls, and bake while occasionally turning in olive oil until golden brown. Roll them in warmed liquid honey and generously sprinkle with poppy seeds.
